H2 - I had the same problem. It seems to be intermittent, but if you have the latest RapidUploader (1.99957) available on the rs site, the default upload carrier under the preferences tab is set to global crossing, and that one doesn't seem to work very often. I changed mine to Level3 and have had no problems.
