This string (pun intended) obviously exposes that a specific "fetish" such as menstruation is not so black and white and cannot be pigeon-holed as a certain thing.

If one were to have the gonads to interview the average Joe on the street, he might believe that if a person has a menstrual fetish, he (or she) may be into the "blood" aspect entirely. That would obviously be untrue after reading these responses. The "menstrual fetish" that many of us here on this forum admit to, can be broken down into "sub-fetishes". These sub categories might relate entirely or in part to: The pads, the tampons, the "bulge", the blood itself, certain specific types of pads and tampons, free bleeding, diva cups, painting, taste, sight, feel, aroma, consistency, the hunt or whathaveyou!

In my case, as a 50-something happily married male, I am most attracted to the sight of tampon strings, but not at all by the sight of pads. Even more delectible (to me) would be the sight of a woman free bleeding without protection. I get instantly excited to see the crimson flow rolling down the inside thigh. Others may see that as a complete turn-off. As I said - To each his (or her) own.

I'm actually a bit surprised to see so many responses here where folks are most assuredly NOT attracted to the blood itself. Thanks to Kayo for providing this forum and the means for all of us to get whatever we are looking for in pictures, information or just plain chat.
