I hate to say it, but why are you using internet explorer? It sucks balls! If a plugin (like flash for example) is malfunctioning, or it crashes for whatever reason (not neccercerily malicious) then it will generate a warning. Not to mention the general instability and interaction with various toolbars and other general crappyness with the way IE is written. I'd recommend at minimum firefox, if not chrome! They both work a magnatude quicker than IE.
