King Crimson's website is one of the best, offering tons of live concert downloads in MP3 and FLAC, the band's entire CD catalog, Robert Fripp’s mind numbing diaries and... free MP3s. In April, The Boat posted two volumes of KC's Web MP3s and it's already time for two more - including an entire ambient album from guitarist Robert Fripp entitled Glass And Breath (no guitars on this one, though), a few live King Crimson performances, The RF String Quartet and a cool little set of MP3s spotlighting percussionists Bill Bruford & Pat Mastelotto (using the drums from King Crimson's "B'Boom"). Just the sort of offbeat, fan oriented kind of thing Crimson likes to offer. There's even a live track that was recorded a mere two weeks ago.
