Sorry if this is an ignorant question, but I don't know much about technical stuff.

I've recently tried to post a message on Kayo's Forum that included a quote in quotation marks. The message didn't post and I got directed to the banned words page. I tried to post the same message here to ask what was wrong with it, and I get a message about a method of posting HTML being banned.

I'm not trying to post a HTML link (if that's what the message is referring to), I just want to use quotation marks in my message.
